You may park in these lots on Saturdays for free. Do NOT park on Harmon Ave between Highbrook and the train station- you will cause sadness and congestion among your fellow runners.
If you are traveling from NYC to Pelham, we suggest you consider the Metro North RR from Grand Central Terminal or 125th Street Station.
You'll take the Stamford line, Harlem > Fordham > Mt. Vernon East > Pelham. Walk under the RR overpass and you'll see the race start at 20 Fifth Avenue Pelham
You can check the Metro North schedule here. Please make sure to enter November 26th as the date on this form -Metro North is running a special holiday schedule November 23rd - 27th so the schedule will be different than usual!
There will be baggage drop at the start / finish line, in Daronco Town House (see map below)
There will be porta potties available at the start/finish in the parking lot behind the Daronco town house (at the intersection of Harmon Place and Harmon Avenue). Restrooms in the Daronco townhouse will also be available. See the maps below for more detail.

MEDALS TO ALL HALF MARATHON FINISHERS
There's no official time limit for the race and the course is on open roads. However, after 3 hours the finish line will be broken down and the volunteers / course marshals will finish their duties.
Water / Aid Stations
There will be six water stations on the half marathon course at approximately two mile intervals. The last three stations will provide sport drink as well as water. For specific locations of aid stations, check out our course map on the About page.
Dogs - although we personally love them and think everyone should run with a dog, we unfortunately can't accomodate them on this course.
Jogger strollers / roller blades / other wheeled devices are also not allowed.
At the finish line there will be water, sports drink and fruit generously provided by DeCiccios Markets, bagels provided by Lenny's Bagels and hot chocolate & coffee provided by Jcafe.
The awards ceremony will be held in the Daronco Town House at 9am for the 10K and 10am for the Half Marathon.
After the awards ceremony, come on over to the post-race party at Cantina Lobos (271 Wolfs Lane) starting at 11am. It's just a short walk from the finish line - and walking after the race is a great way to help you recover. A margarita and recovery taco is an even better way to recover...
We also encourage you to explore downtown Pelham - home to many charming shops and restaurants.
Awesome long-sleeve tech-t's in men's and women's sizes are guaranteed to all who register by mid-October (date TBD). For later entrants, shirts will be distributed along with race packets as long as supplies last.
The race is open to all, but there are age limits:
- Half Marathon: must be 13 years old at the time of the race
- 10K: no age limit, but children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult
Who can participate?
Well - if you've gotten this far in the FAQs we feel really bad because, um, we're sold out. We are really sorry but we have already doubled the size of the race this year and had to cap it at 400. But thank you for your interest and check back on our website on November 27th for registration information for next year!
